APP Systems – Autonomiczne Projekty Piekarskie as a group was formed following the fusion of the aims and experience of FHU Rafał Lis and IRS-Tech Grzegorz Śliwa. Both activities have created and broadened their theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of bakery machinery on the Polish, European and global markets for over 20 years. The time has come to bring together their knowledge of bakery technology, mechanics and automation in creating and delivering the solutions that meet the clients’ expectations. Our knowledge of the market led us to stop forcing the producers of bakery goods to purchase standardised solutions that made everyone produce the same products. Our goal has become to provide to our clients customised solutions that allow them to distinguish themselves in comparison to their competitors. Moreover, we offer solutions which entirely fulfil the requirements of natural technologies of bread and bakery goods production, making them significantly healthier and, surprisingly, more affordable.
During the consultations with our clients, we realised that it is necessary to provide them with the projects rather than the standards. Everything we propose, even the smallest, most modest solution must be tailored to the client’s needs and established goal. All of this results in the fact that the project, not the price list, is our working tool.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives, it was crucial to undertake the production of key machines and to verify the suppliers of other solutions. We currently produce the systems of flour fermenters, developing unique solutions for the craft and industrial production of rye and wheat sourdoughs, poolish and biga leavens and Bruchstück.
Our suppliers complementing the product range are key producers of silo systems for flour, dough forming lines, robotics and systems to proof, bake, cool and freeze the bread.
